We introduce India Insulators as manufacturers of epoxy moulded components. Since last 45 years we are in this field and supplying to all leading switchgear manufacturers in India and abroad. We specialize in design and developing of tools/moulds for epoxy components at very competitive price. We are using CAD/CAM facility to design and manufacture the moulds & dies on CNC, Vertical Machining Centre, EDM etc.

Established in 1975 by V.M.Bedekar a very small setup at that time was shifted to M.I.D.C.area in 1987. We are catering the demand of all leading Electrical Equipment manufacturers. Due to increased demands an associate firm namely Presscast was formed in the same M.I.D.C area in 1996.

We are using APG moulding machines as well as Vacuum casting machine to manufacture components. We can manufacture components weighing from 200 gms to 100Kg. We manufacture insulators / bushings up to 36 KV from 3.3 KV. We are manufacturing variety of spout bushings, breaker bushings, tap changer boards, RMU Bushings, Live Line insulators.
